• Email address: Used solely for authentication via Firebase.
• Real-time audio: Processed locally on your device to generate transcriptions. The app does not upload, store, or transmit your recordings to any server.
• Subscription data: Managed securely through RevenueCat.
• Technical data: App version, device info, and crash/error logs to improve performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate high-accuracy transcriptions.
• To maintain your account and subscription status.
• To improve app performance, stability, and overall experience.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use.

3. How Audio Is Handled

Your audio is processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. We do not have access to your audio, transcription content, or any part of your recordings. Transcribily does not upload or store audio or transcription data in the cloud.

If you choose to save your sessions, they are stored in encrypted local databases on your device. We never receive, analyze, or share your transcription data.

4. Third-Party Services

Transcribily relies on trusted services to operate securely and effectively:

• Firebase: Authentication, cloud functions, and analytics.
• On-device speech recognition: All transcription is performed entirely on your device. No audio or transcript data is sent to any external server.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.

5. Security

We apply security measures such as encryption, access control, and internal audits to protect your information. While we work hard to safeguard your data, no system can guarantee 100% security.
